We are excited to announce that bloom™ hearing specialists will be expanding to create a nationwide hearing health network.
Earlier in the year, WS Audiology was created when the hearing aid manufacturers Widex and Sivantos merged. As part of the merger, the House of Hearing and bloom™ hearing specialists joined forces. The merger was a natural next step in order to provide excellent hearing care to consumers under the one brand bloom™ hearing specialists.
House of Hearing has been operating on the South Island whereas bloom™ hearing specialists mostly on the North Island. By coming together under the same brand, a national retail network is created – ready to take on the major players in a growing market.
“We are very excited about providing outstanding hearing health care to as many New Zealanders as possible. This is first of many steps that will help us towards achieving our potential,” says Chris Carroll CEO bloom™ hearing specialists APAC.
“The great thing is that both the House of Hearing and bloom™ hearing specialists focus on customer relationships. We truly believe that hearing health is more than a hearing device transaction. As you age your hearing changes, and we are with you all the way,” says newly appointed GM New Zealand, Grant Ewer.
A few adjustments to the clinic footprint have been implemented and the clinics are now fully operating under the one banner.
“We are excited about the growth of our network and are looking forward to servicing even more customers – after all, hearing is essential for most people’s quality of life when we age.”
